Our three ingredients for good and genuine fresh pasta. We use only first-extraction semolina and have returned to traditional methods. The wheat from which we make our semolina, the secret and personalized ingredient of our fresh pasta, is naturally sun-dried and stone-ground using the decortication method, allowing us to have pasta with a great taste that retains all the essence and flavor of the wheat.
