Since 1953, the Martimucci Group, a merger of a mill and a pasta factory, has been producing flour, semolina, and fresh pasta. Among the founding members of the Altamura DOP Bread Consortium, it ranks among the very first mills in Italy to produce semolina and fresh pasta through an integrated supply chain.

PASTA

Semolina, water and a lot of passion, three simple ingredients that enhance both the typical shapes of the Apulian pasta tradition such as orecchiette and maritati as well as our whole-grain trofie or the bronze drawn Senatore Cappelli spaghetti. Roughness and perfect hold in cooking, wheat scent and authentic taste.
